They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder, but it would've been nice if they had called me. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment, they were short staff. I was disappointed, but I understood and they made sure to explain.

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money.
