It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
