The office impresses me as being only interested in getting their money out of your pocket and not caring for their patients at all.

I went in for dental cleansing in 2009. Not only was the cleaning process very painful, the staff there also seemed to have very rough handling of my sensitive teeth, even after I had told them to be more gentle with me. In demonstrating how to floss my teeth the staff intentionally pressed down the floss so deep into my gum that I almost shouted out in pain. After the third time cleaning there I swore I would never had my teeth done there ANYMORE!!!

However, that is not the only thing that indicates they don't care about their patients. They asked me to have them clean my teeth every 4 months after my first visit with them in 2009. Had I remembered that the insurance company only covers two cleanings every year I would not have agreed to do so, which is why I was very upset when they asked me to pay out of my own pockets for the 3rd visit in 2009. I personally don't think I need 3 cleanings in a year - I brush my teeth twice a day and floss them once a day. I believe the office just does not care enough about their patients. Well, you know what, my business with them ends forever from there.

I hope you will learn from my lessons take full ownership of your healthcare, and don't ever depend on the dentists to look after you, especially the this particular dentist's office!!!
