I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I took my daughter here because it is the only place near us that accepts her insurance. The dentist is very good with kids and the staff is super friendly and nice to us. They made me and my 6 year old feel very at ease. Regardless of the 1 hour drive that I have to take to get there , they are very well qualified and worth the trip.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a big enough staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
