My son is in treatment with Kling Ortho. We have had numerous brackets fall off and wires that come loose and gouge him in the cheek. When I asked the first time about the brackets I was told "don't worry those brackets aren't important". When the wires came loose I asked if there was something we were doing wrong and was told "probably". Ms. Kling seems to be annoyed and/or indifferent to patients with questions or concerns. If I had not paid up front I would have secured the services of another orthodontist. My experience has been so poor that it borders, in my view, on negligence.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I was a patient at Kling Orthordontics when I was 13yrs old, I am now 30! I have a daughter who needs braces and we will be going to Kling Orthodontics!
