I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. I called the exchange Friday evening on my way home from work and Dr. Carmen called right back and was willing to meet me at her office if need be. Great service.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.
