We took our son in for his first dental appointment. They told us he a cavity in a baby tooth that needed to be filled. They told us it was completely covered by our insurance and set an appointment. Fast forward we are getting a bill for hundreds of dollars- call insurance to find out it would have been covered, but they changed the type of filling they used from the one originally submitted to the insurance to find out if it was covered to a more expensive one. I'm in retail and if we gave the customer the wrong thing that was more expensive that's out fault- we don't screw them over for our mistake. Fast forward and we finally take our son to another dentist (having waited a couple years out of fear after such a bad initial experience). Our new dentist looked at our son's teeth and tried to as professionally as he could express his doubt that the very tiny 'filling' could have actually been a real cavity or in need of filling at the point it was on a baby tooth. ever the truth of the matter on the 'cavity' and the 'mistaking the kind of filling' we are left with serious doubts about Cherry Hill Dental's professional ethics.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their office was one of the happiest, most energetic places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field.
