They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more informatio n. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They try to get MA patients to pay for services they shouldn't have to. I left because they kept telling me things weren't covered by insurance and I would have to PREPAY before work was done. I told them they had to bill insurance & I would pay what insurance said I was responsible for and No more. The next time I called for an appointment I was asked where I wanted my records sent. I guess they don't like MA.
