Horrible...that is the only word I can use. I felt like a number at his Maplewood office. He would take 5 minutes with us and that was it. After our initial treatment at age 4 for a crossbite we did follow ups every six months. After this last one I got tired of hearing "in six months we'll see...". We got a second opinion somewhere else and it turns out he needs an expander to widen his top jaw or none of his future teeth will fit. Dr. Parsons never even mentioned something like that. He was going to draw out treatment as long as possible and never actually fix the problem. Our new office says they get a lot of people that used to go to him and felt the need to switch because they didn't trust him. I am definitely one of them. Waste of time and money.
