Very professional yet friendly staff!

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have really fantastic waiting room chairs at their office that I could just sit in forever. I love to just lounge and catch up on my reading, while waiting for my appointment.
