I was in for emergency treatment after an accident. The alleged dr refused to provide treatment despite he and his staff claiming to have years of experience and didn't document anything correct. The injury required me to seek subsequent emergency treatment elsewhere as the alleged DR wouldn't work unless I prepaid for services despite having insurance information. And then they demanded more preservice payments to provide any follwup treatment. The staff has not made any contact for the future followup. When I requested my entire medical files, the staff refused to provide it saying that I did not "make the request properly to them"
