The receptionist at this office was awful. From my first contact with them she did not listen to me, acted like she had no use for new patients (even if they are paying out of pocket), and hung up on me. I called back and she gossiped to others while on the phone with me. I had to call back to reschedule my appt and She eventually cancelled my appointment and took me off the books. Her excuse was that she was concerned my insurance would not pay them since I had a free consultation with another dentist regarding a tooth that was sensitive. I pay out of pocket and need a crown which insurance does not cover so her concern was not valid just a lame excuse. I don't know why she had an issue, I only know that she is a bad reflection on the dentist and would not recommend people use this dental office. If the receptionist is not considerate of others and hospitable they should not be in a customer service position or have contact with people. The receptionist was not a nice person.
