I was greeted with a smile, and every person I met was very nice. My appointment went well, but I have a lot of treatment to be done. The dentist didn't have enought time to discuss it with me then, so I came in for a consultation appointment to discuss it all. He and his front desk lady spent a lot of time with me and explained everytihng. It could have been overhwelming, which they understood. The doc said that my problems didn't happen in a day, and won't be fixed in a day. Had my first filling today and it went fine. He is super-good with the needle. They made sure I was comfortable. It's very clear that he's very thorough. I feel very confident that I made a good choice in coming to Northpointe Dental Care.
