I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. As far as the waiting rooms goes, the chairs they provide are so-so. I wasn’t extremely uncomfortable, but it would be nice to sit in something a little better.

As far as their equipment goes it was fairly current, but I would have liked to see more of the recent advancements available now.
