I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
The office staff is one of the worst I have ever seen in any office setting. If I had another option, I would leave this provider, the Dr's are fine, but I never feel welcome when I bring my children in by the office staff.
