I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. They weren't friendly at all which was really off-putting. They were extremely rude and impolite. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They never update their equipment. I was scared something was going to break or hurt me. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate they were to first-time mothers. They really make all the first-time mothers feel uninformed and inexperienced. The wait time for a check up is well over an hour. This doctor will also yell at you if you go against him in any way...even if you question things. If you stand up for yourself he will drop you as a patient.

The doctors at the this office are fine. I have had my three children there for over four years due to insurance choices. They do, however, have too many patients, every appointment time I had meant an hour wait time in the waiting room and about an hour more back in the appointment rooms. If your child is actually sick they can usually squeeze you in in about 48 hours. Even if your child has a high fever they can not fit you in that day. During the four years I went to this doctor I had to take my children to another walk-in clinic 37 times. So if you have all day to spend at their office for a regular scheduled visit and don't mind waiting two days to fit your child in when they are sick this is the place for you. As for me, thanks to a change of insurance I will be walking in and out of my new doctors office with-in 20 minutes.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.
