Right away I noticed the office attendant was extremely friendly. I am a new patient so I arrived 15 minutes early. At 2:30 exactly Dr Park called me into his office. I was greeted with a smile and I felt comfortable immediately. He has a great sense of humor, lightened the mood with jokes and was very attentive. I would definitely recommend this psychiatrist.

I made an appointment with this Dr. a week after my husband was discharged from the hospital so this Dr. could oversee his new medication (lithium). I even had the medical records from the hospital faxed to him so he could review them before the appointment (5 days before the appointment). My husband got there on time, (left work early with out pay because that was the only time there was an appointment), and waited 45 min for the receptionist to tell him that the Dr. didn't want to see him. He didn't want to see any more patients with "pain" issues. My husband has a history of chronic back pain, but wasn't on any medications for it or seeking any medication for it. He tried to explain that he was only there for medication for his new Dx, Bipolar disorder. They didn't care. So husband was screwed. His script runs out in a week and all other psyciatrists in the area are not taking any appointments until at least 2 weeks from now. My husband told the receptionist that he used his FMLA time to come to the appointment and asked for a note for his work. She handed him a business card and said they can call if they need to. I'm SO mad and I hope no one goes to see this jerk.
Without a doubt, they were the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. I can't believe they're still practicing. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
