I went in for a simple left arm cast for a double Radius fracture. I immediately complained that my cast seemed really tight over my hand. In fact, my hand was actually bent thumb to pinky. The X-Ray tech commented it didn't look right, so I asked Dr Holda to correct it. He made a small 1" cut along the outer left side & said if I needed more room I could take needle-nosed pliers & pry it further open. I was horrified, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. I spent the entire night in tears, not from the arm injury but new pain from the cast smashing my hand & rubbing on my wrist bones. I rushed straight to their office, this morning, to have it cut off & redone correctly, but no one is there & they have not returned my messages. I'm devastated!
