I would have given zero stars but it was not an option. Dr. Hardin does not guarantee or back up his work. His dental assistant was responsible for lining my dentures. Every soft reline she did was awful and I could not wear my dentures. She did the final hard reline and it was the same. The only thing that was different was that she scraped the soft reline off and put scratches, dents, and gouges in my teeth. (don't know how she managed that). When I called her and asked her about the excess pink reline that ended up on my teeth she told me to scrape it off with a kitchen pairing knife. Dr. Hardin refused to make me a new set of dentures and said that he would refund my money to my insurance. Later that day Dr. Hardins office coordinator called and informed my son that he was no longer a patient with Dr. Hardin. They claimed it had nothing to do with me but it's so obviously blatant I don't know why they even bothered to lie about it. The coordinator was very rude and unprofessional.
