I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. My appointment got canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. The staff was very rude and did not seem like they were intelligent enough to be working in a doctors office especially a surgeons office. Everything was rushed and they even cut my lip and then denied it? I do not recommend anyone visit this place even if you have no other choice dont do it you will regret it.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
Came to my appointment from great distance for procedure and they did not take me, what a waste of two hours, really difficult to work with and treat you like a number.
