They answered most of my questions but didn't go into detail or put it into layman's terms. I was sort of still confused about everything. I even made a special apt to go over everything before my procedure, and still the DR was NOT up front about exactly why she wanted to do the procedure and exactly how much she was going to do. Come to find out I was being tested for Cancer...would have been nice to actually be told "we are testing you for cancer",instead of repeatedly using the "abnormal cells" line....
I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
