They've always been great! The staff is friendly, and they are also wonderful with children. The office manager is wonderful too. I had a problem with insurance billing a few years ago when my employer changed insurers, and she worked with me to get the insurance problem fixed and the bill paid. Didn't hassle me at all, and was very nice while straightening out the problem with the insurance. For those reasons I am loyal to this dentist. Dr. Krause is is wonderful, and the other dentists who help him are also!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and during the appontment my bottom front teeth and jaw were used as leverage to accomplish the procedure, I was left in pain for a week following the appontment, I'm seeking a new provider.
