I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
The patient had a follow up appointment with Dr. Watson so he could explain and help with neurological problems. He came into the room somewhat detached and mumbling. First red flag. He spoke with her about her condition. To his credit, he did at one point pause and ask if she understood what he was saying before he continued. She asked one question which he said he would get to in a moment which he never did. 2nd red flag. He suggested that she go to physical therapy which he obviously was not aware that he had already written her a script for pt. 3rd red flag.

He walked out of the room with no indication that the appointment was over and still did not answer her original question and did not ask if we had further questions. The rude receptionist or assistant (not sure what her role is in this dysfunctional office) came in and threw a report at me. I asked her if the doc could answer my sister's original question and another question we had. She said she would ask the questions for me. I was ok with this. She left. Suddenly he appeared at the door screaming at the top of his voice "I don't have time to answer the same questions again, I have to get to another patient" and with that he left the room. He was in the room with us approximately 17 minutes. He was rude and disrespectful and brought the patient to tears. This doc needs a re-evaluation sometime soon.
Do yourself a favor and find another doc. This guy needs his own help.
