I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
