They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited.
