It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
