I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
