I would recommend Dr. Dexter as a dentist, but he needs to get a better receptionist working for him. I would call five times and not get a response back from the receptionist, then when I called for the sixth time, she was very short with me and said, "whatever". This is no way a professional office personnel should treat anyone who wants the best care for their child. Dr. Dexter said my son needed to have some teeth pulled, but when I couldn't make an appointment with him, I went to a different dentist, that dentist said I didn't need to have them pulled. Now my son is having pain and discomfort from the teeth that needed to be pulled. I thought I would try again to get into see Dr. Dexter, the receptionist told me that Dr. Dexter did not want my son as a patient because I have gone elsewhere for a dentist. I told the receptionist the only reason I went one time to a different dentist is because she never called me back to make an appointment.

I just want other parents to be aware of this situation, so they don't have to go through the same experience I had.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived

No, I never saw one

No, they were rude
