The staff is incredibly rude and the office is in a nasty strip mall. Do they realize they need patients!? Never again.

Dr. Smith's Office is run with excellence. My husband refers to Dr. Smith a perfectionist and I would have to agree. The whole staff is delightful and very professional and always puts one at ease. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
