Dr k forgets what you are being seen for, he forgets what you spoke about the appointment before exspecially when you see him every 30days. The staff is very very rude, they charge you a No Show of $35 when you call a week before your appointment to change it then argue with you about it very unprofessional. The doctor doesn't care or listin to what is going on with you it's his way only.

I find Dr. Kazangy himself to be nice enough. He tends not retain information from one appointment to the next, which is frustrating since we visit the office every 30 days.

His office staff overall is not very helpful. They will do the very minimum at the very most. We changed from a major health care provider to build a personal relationship with our physician. I'm disappointed.
