Doctor Lockwitz had always been extremely friendly and welcoming, Their staff on the other hand were extremely rude. He himeself would put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. He always made sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. The office ladies would leave me waiting not giving direct messages and for that the lack of communication with their office and doctor was unacceptable. From my understanding Dr. Lockwitz is no longer with this practice and it's a shame.. I have been seeing him for over 20 yrs
