They charge $25 to send your xrays to a new dentist (if you change dentists)! Their excuse?...They don't have a way to email your xrays through a secure portal. So in other words they are operating in the dark ages and ripping people off by charging you for your xrays. Most insurance companies only allow full sets of xrays every 5 years so you are forced to pay the $25 or wait until the 5 years is up. Its absolutely rediculous!!!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If you don't have dental insurance I don't think you are a very high priority to them. I questioned a bill and they "Terminatedmy account through a letter in the mail with no effort to resolve, I would not recommend !
