Cancel my appointment without informing me, and then after I tell them I'll find another dentist, they send a letter saying they no longer wanna do business with me. This after I pulled strings to try and make it right with them; instead, it only went further wrong.

Front desk receptionist is really rude, she is so rude that she had an issue with my husband 4 years ago. I’m surprised that she’s still there. We recently moved back into the area and I broke a tooth. Because my husband had an issue with this rude front desk lady (who has been there the longest). I am no longer allowed to go there per Dr. Koenig. What happened to your “do no harm” in your oath Dr. Koenig? Also, in a court of justice they do not try the wife too if she did nothing and is innocent.
