I wish I could rate lower. I've been here 4 times now to get a tooth pulled and keep getting charged for consultations but nothing being done. Today I sat in the waiting room for an hour before being told they over booked and couldn't fit me in. They gave me a $10 Panera gift card to aplogise menwhile I'm still choking down ibuprofen and tylenol to get through the day.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
