His office is terrible at scheduling so don't plan anything within 2.5 hours after your scheduled appointment. Once you do see the dr (after a long wait) he is very fast and unsensitive to your feelings and needs. He makes it feel like he just wants to rush you through and that anything you may have conerns about are idiotic.

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion.
