Dr Ferguson explains everything so well..

I was referred my primary doctor for my screening colonoscopy. I was so nervous to get the procedure. When I called to schedule the procedure his office girl Kay was so Helpful in getting me scheduled. She walked me through what I should expect on the day of the procedure. The office was so calming and friendly when I went in for my pre surgical clearance. When I got to the procedure the hospital team made me feel so at ease. Now i save the best for last. Dr Ferguson made me feel as if I was his only patient. he took so much time to explain and go over my procedure. I am so happy my doctor referred me to him.

Really bad scheduling skills. When a person says they spent a night in the ER clinic and needs to be seen ASAP NOT in a month.... You need to have skills to Listen to a patient and see them right away. So glad that there are Better doctors and office staff around the area. Yes, office staff does reflect on the doctor so I guess you need to revisit qualifications of your staff, doctor.
