If I could have left "0" I would because this place deserves it or I should say earned it, I was three weeks sick with bronchitis and was reluctant to go to the dr. as I have no insurance and on a very tight budget living paycheck to paycheck with 3 young children. I went the clinic asked for a prescription to treat the infection and requested that he not prescribe Azithromycin which is referred to as a “Z pack” because it incapacitates me, he called in to the pharmacy Bactrim (which upon doing research says that is carefully prescribed in this case not so much, because of the slew of side effects to include blood disorders, symptoms that may not go away or cause death, and Steven Johnson syndrome you know where your skin boils off, eye damage so on so forth – yes there is more much more). Decided that this is not something I would like to take for a mere issue of bronchitis, called the drs. office and requested a different prescription.
Two days later while at work I got a call from the pharm that my prescription was ready, called and asked what the prescription was and was told it was a “Z pack”, the one thing I was very clear I could not take. I called back to the clinic and explained that I needed a different prescription that I could not take this. At this point I was TOLD to leave work that I needed to go home, I was too sick which resulted in 2 days off. I get a call from the pharmacy 5 days later telling me I have a prescription to pick up and of course called before I wasted a trip and yet again he had prescribed me Bactrim. I was furious and could not get through to the clinic on the phone so I stopped in to explain my level of frustration was told there was nothing that could be done for my situation. I was out $70.00 and sick and missed 2 days of work.

They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was dismayed to find that they weren't willing or able to answer any of the questions I had. I didn't get any information and left feeling at a loss.
