I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
