You can't get past the receptionist that answered the phone with our wanting to pull out your hair. They can't scheduled an appointment or get a last name or phone number right at all.... not sure it's she is a reflective or crazy hot because she is not employed for her brains out her skills that is for sure! Now that we are at our appt, it still is not for the correct time or day... not surprised! Don't waste your time go somewhere who can employ people who are competent and do the job they are there for!
