RUDE staff from the front desk to the biller on the phone to the freaking esthetician (and, THEY at least are almost ALWAYS a 'feel good' sorta person) not THIS one she was...blah...then, I saw the Doctor (I think thats who he was, he fitted around the room and talked SUPER fast, and BLEW out) for about 30 seconds, I felt like I was at a circus the way the "acts" kept coming in and out of my room. I was there to have a mole removed, it was my first (and last) visit. The PA was VERY good, and the procedure took less than 5 minutes, AFTER the "office staff" tried to sell me every cosmetic procedure under the sun. THEN they billed my insurance (I think) I haven't seen the itemized bill from insurance, but the office charged me my whole deductible for the entire year $350, for a SHAVE biopsy, by a PA. The MD never touched me... THE most unprofessional crock of crap office in a really "high end" neighborhood I cant believe the people here tolerate this guy? oh well, not for me thanks. I wanted to spend alot of money there, not on a BIOPSY, but on botox and fillers, but after the 'treatment' i got I wouldn't drop a dime in the parking lot
