They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. If you want the best orthodontist in the area than look no further. I have already told all my friends and family about my wonderful experience I had here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. This office was somewhat kid-friendly, they had a few kid's magazines and seemed to cater to children, but other than that it was like a basic office. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They described the desired results, but I'm not sure I have a really good idea of what my teeth will look like after the braces. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
