Be prepared to wait an average of 30 minutes. Phone answered mostly by voice mail and calls not returned. Good at implants but doesn't make good crowns.

I had mostly good service with this company and was willing to go back until I received a bill for a missed appointment. My last appointment was on 5/28/09 where we scheduled my next appointment to be 5/28/10. Now mind you, my sister passed away on 5/29/09 so I remember nothing from that week. I didn't even remember scheduling the appointment. I saw on my caller ID on 5/28/10 that I missed a call from the dentist's office, but no reminder message was left. I assumed that they were calling to schedule an appointment and I planned to call them back while grieving to do so. I never made the call. My next correspondence from them was a bill from the missed appointment on 5/28/10. I was shocked and dismayed. The caller could have at least left a message. Now I have yet to return nor have I payed the bill. I have no plans to do so. I hope they treat there other patients with more respect.
