They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
