The services of the doctors is great, and I keep going back because doctor Patel is excellent. However, the receptionists are what gives my review such a low rating. They completely ignore you when you try to check in, sometimes making me wait for 10 minutes before acknowledging my existence. Then, as if I just showed up, they tell me that I am five minutes late for my appointment. Some etiquette is necessary.

Their front office staff was friendly enough, but assistants took a long time to call back with answers, and did not really answer questions - vague - how can you give vague diagnosis? They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The Dr. barely spent two minutes with me at a time - would come in look and send in one of the "girls" as he called them, then he would come in again, and look, and send in one of the "girls" - back and forth- very annoying, and would not listen to what I had to say. I insisted I had an infection but he kept saying vertigo, but...I asked if vertigo give you a fever, so he took culture although he insisted it was vertigo and wanted to do some repositioning maneuver - seems he always wants to do more tests. A week later "girl" call me stating I had an infection and called in prescription (imagine my surprise!) - no follow-up, no diagnosis, nothing. Still 2 months later have not heard, and I call all the time - always has one of the assistants call - he never calls. After insisting over and over - two months later my PCP got report and could not figure it out! Find someone else, especially if you don't like packing a lunch as you have to wait about 3 hours: first hearing test, always; then for him to come in and out, in and out - send in assistants, back and forth - crazy system.

Lots of test and no results. X-rays, allergy tests, and a scope up my nose just to say I have a sinus infection. Awesome, I'm glad you went to medical school for that. I went there because of the sinus infection. Then 4 months later I get a bill for almost $<url removed> that's showing 90+ days overdue without a bill or phone call before that. Absolutely insane charges, Durante charged my insurance $<url removed> for a 7 minute visit. Perhaps I should send him a bill for 2.5 hours I sat in his waiting room because he was "running a little behind". Not to mention this guy almost killed my friend after a botched septum surgery. You can and should find another doc.
