Dr Batrouni seems to be highly regarded in Oral Surgery. He doesn't explain procedure in much detail and spends little time with the patient. I have seen him 3 times. BE CAREFUL with insurance and billing. They want to charge their full regular price for procedures-and not the Inusrance Contracted Rate- I had to have my insurance co. send the office a letter explaining why they owed me a refund. NOT and ETHICAL Practice at all.
I won't go back because he spends little time with the patient and the billing is AWFUL.

This place is a scam. I went to have my wisdom teeth extracted, and even though I had dental insurance they were going to make me pay up front- the whole cost of the surgery. I informed them that I had insurance and they said that once I pay them, then they will submit to my dental insurance and they will refund them the money that the insurance pays, and then Dr. Swartz will give me what is left... Last time I checked, that is not how insurance works.

I would find a real practice that knows what they are doing and not trying to scam you out of your money--Make me pay for everything then THEY get the refund to decide how much to give me back...seems pretty shady to me.
