They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. I was seen at 3am for a comlication from a surgery. The staff are always polite. Dr. Smith's bedside manner is "unique". I was taken off gard by it initially. He is personable and uses humor. He is a great Dr. and has a great reputation!
