My daughters and I have been going here for over 5 years now and have always had a pleasant experience with all staff involved. The receptionist are always very polite and helpful and Doctors and Dental Assistance are always open for questions, concerns and suggestions. My most recent visit a week ago is one of the best experience I've had during a filling. No matter how old I get I'm always nervous about an injection and I had to get one for my filling. The Dental assistance had no problem holding my hand when I asked (Mind you I'm in my 40s) and I know she didn't have to. Dr. Bakir was so gentle so much so I didn't even feel the injections and had no pain whatsoever during of after. I've been with them for some time now and I plan on going there for as long as they continue to provide the same type of service for me and my daughters.

I took my children to this office for a cleaning and I was not impressed. Yes, there office appeared to be clean and the staff was friendly but a few things bothered me. No one identified themselves when I arrived or throughout my visit not even the dentist until I asked him who he was. Before I realized, one of the technicians had taken an x-ray of my daughter without a lead apron for protection. They have two rooms that share an x-ray machine so there is a half wall that separates them. I didnt understand how my child in either room was a safe distance from the xray emissions when their siblings xrays were taken. The dentist overall had a nice attitude and was friendly but he spoke to me about children and their sippy cup usage and juice consumption...my kids are well beyond this stage, this should have been obvious. Plus, I made it clear that my children rarely have sugary drinks, while he kept discussing this.

Unfortunately, my husband was trying to do good and set this appointment because I asked him to. This is not a suitable place for me, but it may be right for others.
