They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for meI would highly recommend Dr. Kurek!
