It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter what questions or concerns I had, they were always happy to help me. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
