This dentist WILL NOT let his patient(s) be in any more pain than absolutely unavoidable...They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I would recommend Dr Graves and his staff 100% to ANYONE, especially if you've a bad experience with any other dentist...can't say enough good about them.

I called this dentist on Monday morning first thing with a toothache. They took all my insurance information and told me they cannot schedule an appointment until the insurance was verified. The young lady who answered the phone said, "I can't get to this today, but will do it first thing in the morning. I promise. I will call you Tuesday morning with an appointment for Tuesday or Wednesday."

The word of the front office that represents this dentist is not good. I finally called her at approximately at 1:00 p.m. after waiting all morning (in severe pain) to hear from her only to be told, I didn't get to do that. Good service begins with the first phone call and this office cannot deliver.
